Julie Youngblood and Eric Heinen will empower their business and agents with PLACE growth models.

LAS VEGAS, October 2023 — PLACE, the industry’s only all-in-one business services and technology platform for top real estate teams at any brokerage, announced today that Julie Youngblood, Eric Heinen, and Youngblood Home Team are now powered by PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production to make running a real estate business easier.

Julie Youngblood and Eric Heinen are the owners and operators of Youngblood Home Team, serving the Las Vegas Metro. Youngblood is an award-winning agent and head coach at Metrix Coaching & Training, a firm for real estate professionals seeking to streamline and build teams. She is an Inman Top 25 Coach, industry speaker, and nationally-recognized agent.

Youngblood earned her license in 2000 as an 18-year-old. She immediately secured a place on a top Las Vegas team for the next eight years, working her way up from an assistant to the director of operations. She managed over 120 listings at a time, built out an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) department, and created a training program for new team members. “I did not go to college, so I did everything I could those early years to learn,” she explained. She discovered her passion for motivating agents when she became a productivity coach at a Keller Williams office. “It was the best thing that ever happened to me,” she explained. “I loved building systems and coaching new agents who came into the program.”

As a seasoned coach, Youngblood appreciates the value PLACE brings to her team and is excited about the leverage it offers her agents. “I get to grow a team with a value proposition that is so strong for my agents,” she said. “It will encourage them to do more and eventually create their own teams within my team. With the Leverage and Opportunity Models of PLACE, why would people ever leave?”

Youngblood feels aligned with PLACE’s value of supporting others’ success. Through her experience coaching, she’s become well-acquainted with the resources and structure provided to teams powered by PLACE. “I am super impressed with all of the backend support partners get at PLACE through human resources, marketing, operations, finance, and training,” she explained.

“We are delighted that Julie is part of PLACE as an integration coach and now as a partner,” said Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE. “As a coach, her vision and energy help build agents’ and teams’ futures with the power of PLACE. As PLACE Partners, Julie and Eric will help their team thrive with resources she already knows and trusts.”

“Julie and Eric focus on helping others succeed and building a business that creates positivity in their community,” said Chris Suarez, co-founder of PLACE. “PLACE systems will help them create a bigger business as they follow their passion for empowering others.”
