Story Home Group, Embryn, and The Grand Junction Group Partner with PLACE for Growth and Agent Development

Announcing a new partnership: Kimberlee Meserve and The Street Property Team are powered by PLACE.

“PLACE and Livian share a culture of growth and serving others. Incredible support is offered by PLACE, and making the transition was a no-brainer.”

Will Story, Alisha Riddile, and Dianne Dinnel have partnered with PLACE to access unmatched operational support, training, and tools that will help their teams grow and better serve clients across Colorado.

DENVER, Colo., DECEMBER 2024 — PLACE, the real estate industry’s only all-in-one business services and technology platform for top teams at any brokerage, announced today that Will Story, Alisha Riddile, and Dianne Dinnel, and their teams—Story Home Group, Embryn, and The Grand Junction Group—are now powered by PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production to make running a real estate business easier.

Story, Riddile, and Dinnel are the owners and operators of their teams, serving clients across Denver, Glenwood Springs, and Grand Junction. Together, they have completed over 1,500 transactions, including 2023’s 90+ closed units, totaling over $50 million in volume.

Before entering real estate in 2013, Story owned and operated a food business and managed a restaurant. “I went into real estate so I could quit my restaurant job and have more time for my food business, but I quickly discovered that I had a real talent for real estate sales,” Story shared. Ultimately, he shifted his focus entirely to real estate and hasn’t looked back since.

In 2017, Story began intentionally building his team, but the early years were challenging. “I was really good at sales but struggled with operations,” he said. Joining Livian (then HergGroup) in 2019 provided the operational support needed to grow sustainably.

By 2021, Story’s team began working with developers, which accelerated their growth. The team expanded further in 2023 when Story partnered with Riddile and Dinnel, combining their leadership strengths and broadening the team’s reach beyond the Denver area to include Glenwood Springs and Grand Junction.

Following Livian’s acquisition by PLACE in September 2024, Story, Riddile, and Dinnel saw the transition as an opportunity to continue building on their success. “PLACE and Livian share a culture of growth and serving others. Incredible support is offered by PLACE, and making the transition was a no-brainer,” said Story. The team is excited about PLACE’s robust training programs, operational tools, and leadership support. “I want to continue to grow—both personally and as a leader, and I want to see my team members grow, not just in sales but in their personal lives as well,” Story added.

“Will, Alisha, and Dianne have built something really special with their teams across Colorado,” expressed Ben Kinney, PLACE co-founder. “Their passion for personal and business growth and dedication to their agents and clients is inspiring. We’re excited to help them continue to grow and take their business to the next level.”

Chris Suarez, co-founder of PLACE, echoed this sentiment. “The leadership and vision that Will, Alisha, and Diane bring to their teams align perfectly with PLACE’s mission,” said Suarez. “We’re honored to partner with them and look forward to supporting their growth and success across Denver, Glenwood Springs, and Grand Junction.”

Story Home Group, Embryn, and The Grand Junction Group are now leveraging PLACE to elevate their real estate services, empowering both their agents and their clients. With this partnership, the teams are poised for continued growth, enhanced client experiences, and a lasting impact across Colorado’s diverse markets.
