Will King owns and operates The King Group, an elite real estate business in Columbia, serving the Midlands region of South Carolina. Since 2018, The King Group has closed more than $55 million in sales volume, helping 225 families buy and sell real estate.

Will was a radio broadcaster for 12 years and then managed an insurance agency in the automotive space for five years before becoming a Realtor® in 2018. “Everything I had done before prepared me for my career in real estate,” Will explained. “The radio industry taught me to communicate effectively, and I learned to lead a sales team in the automotive industry.”

Will’s wife, Sarah, was a nurse practitioner before joining forces with Will in 2019. The pair led their team to approach client relationships as consultants who support and advise others towards real estate goals. “Everyone has a reason to buy, sell, and build wealth, and we want to help them achieve those goals,” said Will. “There is generally a very personal element in clients’ reasons to buy or sell, so we guide them with utmost care. That’s why we believe real estate is about people, not properties.”
