South Carolina’s Wendy Turner acquires coaching resources through her PLACE partnership

Wendy Turner is the owner and operator of Turneround Homes, serving the Upstate region of South Carolina. Since becoming a Realtor® in 2016, Turner has closed over $83 million in sales, helping hundreds of people buy and sell real estate. Her team completes approximately 150 transactions annually.
Wendy Turner is a former educator with a Master of Education who served as a classroom teacher, an instructional coach for teachers, and a vice principal. She also previously owned two successful e-commerce clothing businesses before enrolling in a real estate class on a whim.
After earning her license, Turner was soon on a mission to build a team. “The teacher in me wanted growth-oriented relationships with people who want to learn,” Turner said. As a solo agent, she was named Rookie of the Year in her market center and now leads a small, impactful team that includes former teachers.
Turner’s desire to attract more agents to grow her business led her to PLACE.
