Valerie King, owner and operator of the Valerie King Team, serves Fairfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut. In 2023, the team closed 88 transactions. Throughout her career, King and her team have completed approximately 500 real estate transactions.
Before launching her real estate career, King worked in human resources in New Jersey and invested in residential and commercial properties with her husband. A relocation to Connecticut and the arrival of her first child sparked her desire for a flexible career that allowed her to balance work with family life. In 2010, she found real estate to be the perfect fit and set out to help others achieve their real estate goals while growing her own investment portfolio.
King’s journey in real estate took off in 2017 when she made her first hire, bringing on her sister as Director of Operations. Though the start was challenging, King’s determination saw her team through to remarkable growth. By 2021, the Valerie King Team had expanded significantly, adding several sales agents and nearly doubling its production year after year. Known for their dedication to community engagement and client relationships, the team prides itself on achieving 80-85% repeat and referral business annually. Their unique approach to client care includes a VIP and referral program, a private Inner Circle Facebook group, and regular client events.
