Stephanie Gurden, owner and operator of Home Collective Northwest, leads her team in serving communities across Washington State, including Pierce, Thurston, King, and Kitsap counties. With 18 years in the real estate industry, and almost ten years as a licensed agent, Stephanie has built a high-performing, client-focused real estate business, and has completed over 740 transactions since she became licensed.
Stephanie entered the real estate industry in 2006, and began her career in new construction transaction coordination and sales. She worked with builders for a decade before obtaining her license in 2015. Her passion for real estate and helping others achieve their goals led her to grow her expertise and transition into independent sales.
After several years as a top-producing agent and a partner within a larger team, Stephanie launched Home Collective Northwest in January 2024.
