RICHARDSON, Tex., December 2023 — PLACE, the industry’s only all-in-one business services and technology platform for top real estate teams at any brokerage, announced today that Scott and Britney Neal and Scott Neal Real Estate are now powered by PLACE. Scott and Britney Neal are the owners and operators of Scott Neal Real Estate, serving Dallas/Fort Worth. The duo has helped more than 600 families buy and sell since 2007.

Scott Neal became a real estate agent in 2007 as the market crashed. “By the time I sold my first house, the subprime mortgage market had already started to implode, and soon after, the whole economy was crashing,” he remembered.

After a few difficult years when the economy began improving, Neal secured a coach, and his business grew. “I went from selling one house in six months to selling 18 houses in six months,” he said. Neal started building a team in 2014 with the drive to build strong systems that support his agents’ success. The team has achieved great success in North Texas, and Neal aims to elevate his business with growth-focused resources by partnering with PLACE.

With PLACE, Neal hopes to expand his team up to 10 agents in the next year and establish new office locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth communities. “This is such a big market, and there is so much opportunity,” he said. “I want to grow a team large enough with agents who specialize in all of these different areas, and PLACE will give us the tools to achieve that vision.”
