While working in public safety for 18 years, Oliver profitably flipped several investment properties. He later retired from public service and initially intended to close a few real estate transactions annually, but instead opted to become a full-time agent. He tried out a few real estate teams but found a pattern of little collaboration, support, or training. As Oliver explored other options, he met Shannon Mabberley, who partnered with him as director of operations. Together, they’ve established a team grounded in shared goals, individual career satisfaction, and genuine client relationships.
