In 2018, when his partner moved to a different city, Pilkington took the opportunity to reinvent and rebrand his team into Path Home Team. Beyond changing the name and logo, he also cast a new vision for the team – focused on driving massive opportunity to his agents. He quickly found that the level of opportunity he was seeking required significant investments in training, coaching, marketing, hiring, and onboarding. It was a challenge to meet the vision Pilkington had for his team.
