U.S. Marine Corp Veteran Michael Flores began his career in corporate sales and marketing. In 2013, he earned his real estate license with the intention of selling homes as a side gig. By 2015, a series of events combined with real estate coaching gave him the courage to jump into real estate full time. “I had seven sales pending when I quit my corporate job,” said Flores. “I knew I had money coming in, but after the first couple of months, three of those pending sales fell out.” Flores kept working and, as he describes, “failed my way into building a team between 2016 and 2018.” Over the course of his career, Flores has helped more than 1,000 families achieve the dream of homeownership. In 2021, Vantage Real Estate Group closed more than $23 million in sales volume through 136 transactions.
