Diane Crouch and Erin Galinac, owners and operators of LIVgreat Real Estate, lead a dedicated and collaborative real estate team serving Southeast Michigan, including Ann Arbor, Brighton, Detroit, and beyond. In 2024, their team closed 86 transactions, and their impact continues to grow as they expand their influence in the region.
Prior to real estate Diane worked as a teacher and later became a stay-at-home parent. During that time, she was highly involved in her community and local school leadership. When she was ready to restart her career, she sought an opportunity that combined her passion for helping others and teaching—real estate proved to be the perfect fit. She earned her license in 2013. Erin worked as a dietitian with a long-term care specialty until deciding in 2018 that she wanted to help people obtain the dream of homeownership and long-term wealth. Leaving the healthcare field and chasing her real estate dreams was the best decision Erin ever made and she is now able to nurture her clients as they make one of the biggest investments of their lives.
Erin and Diane both quickly established themselves as top-producing agents, growing their individual businesses through professionalism, client advocacy, and education. They met in 2018 when they both joined the same brokerage, initially working as solo agents who shared an office. Diane quickly expanded her business and leadership, earning a role as General Manager for a team model, while Erin held the role of Productivity Coach, helping new agents develop their skills and get into production faster.
