Lance Davis and Nani Palmer, co-owners and operators of the Les Bailey & Associates Real Estate Team, serve Southcentral Alaska, including Anchorage, Eagle River, Wasilla, Palmer, and beyond. Their team has been involved in over 1,600 real estate transactions over the course of their careers.
Nani Palmer joined her father in the real estate industry in 2000 after working at a legal firm and also being self-employed in the beauty industry. Lance Davis began his real estate career in 2006 after serving in the U.S. Army as a Korean cryptologic linguist and an Iraq combat veteran. Together, they shared a desire to help people build generational wealth through real estate, leading them to take over the family business from Nani’s father, Les Bailey, in 2013.
