“The largest reason to join PLACE, for me, was waking up and realizing our agents deserve more.”
PHOENIX, March 2023 — PLACE, the industry’s only all-in-one business services and technology platform for top teams at any brokerage, announced today that Fred Weaver and Kevin Kauffman and their real estate team Group 46:10, are now powered by PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production to make running a real estate business easier.
Kauffman and Weaver lead Group 46:10, one of the most successful real estate companies in the country. Their business is consistently recognized as one of the top 250 real estate companies in the US and has been named in numerous publications, including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and RealTrends. The pair are sought-after teachers and mentors who host one of the industry’s leading podcasts and online community, “Next Level Agents” to share their personalized industry training and insights with listening agents. Together, Kauffman, Weaver, and their team have assisted clients buy and sell more than 3,000 homes over the course of their career.
Weaver worked in the financing and real estate industry on the mortgage side prior to becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2004. Meanwhile, Kauffman earned his real estate license in 2007, just before the market crashed. The two collaborated on transactions before partnering and forming Group 46:10 in 2008.
Since then, they have continued to build a successful team, coach others, lead trainings, and host educational online events within the industry. Group 46:10 has a large presence in Phoenix and Tempe, Arizona, and has additional locations in Colorado, Tennessee, and California.
“2023 is bringing up a lot of questions about the future of the industry,” said Weaver. “But in the midst of economic shifts, exciting things can happen, especially if you treat it as an opportunity to thrive.” With a passion for teaching and a strong belief in the abundance mindset, both Weaver and Kauffman view PLACE partnership as a way for them to serve and grow their team in a changing market. “PLACE adds some structure at a time when structure is critical. We truly believe that if you are an agent looking for a team, it would be irresponsible not to be on a PLACE team based on the benefits provided over and above what any other company can provide,” said Kauffman.
Weaver and Kauffman are excited to leverage PLACE recruitment support and increase their team’s value proposition to attract more talented agents. “The plug-and-play aspect of PLACE gives agents clarity and direction day-to-day, month-to-month,” said Weaver. “PLACE is leverage — more training, more technology, more tools, and more value that work and will keep our team on track toward great achievements, both individually and as a group.”
On their podcast episode where they share about why they joined PLACE, Weaver shares, “The largest reason to join PLACE, for me, was waking up and realizing our agents deserve more.” Kauffman goes on to say, “I believe that this market, and the coming market, is going to require a lot more from agents. And, that means we — you and I — are going to have to provide a lot more to the agents that are with us in order for them to succeed and hopefully thrive in this market.”
“PLACE is leverage — more training, more technology, more tools, and more value that work and will keep our team on track toward great achievements, both individually and as a group.”
The new PLACE Partners are leaning on the partnership for industry insight to keep their agents at the forefront of an evolving industry while also providing their team with increasing career opportunities.
“They now have a path to earn health insurance, their own leverage, financial planning, and investment opportunities in addition to the hands-on training and messaging,” said Kauffman. “This opportunity – gaining mentorship and coaching from the best in the business – is huge.”
“I am delighted that Kevin and Fred partnered with PLACE,” said Chris Suarez, co-founder of PLACE. “They built a tremendous business and helped many agents grow successful businesses. We are thrilled that they are leveraging PLACE tools to impact even more agents through this changing market.”
“I’m excited to welcome Kevin and Fred to PLACE,” said Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE. “They have achieved success in good markets and tough markets. It is going to be fun to be part of their future growth and expansion.”
