“I have helped two to three generations deep in some families.”
A Colorado native, Walko has grown her business primarily through word-of-mouth, referrals, and her natural ability to relate with anyone she comes in contact with. This ability has also served her well as a leader in her office and particularly, as a real estate coach where she has helped other agents become more efficient and effective. “I think coaching someone else helps you discover a lot about yourself,” observed Walko. “I always want to practice what I preach, so I am always refining my skills as I’m helping others.”
Walko brings the same level of personal investment to her clients as she does to the agents she coaches. “Real estate happens to be how I know my clients but I deeply care about them – their families, details, situation,” she explained. “I love on my people.” That personal attention and relationship building has created long-lasting ties in her business. “I have helped two to three generations deep in some families,” said Walko. “They become part of our family. We wrap our arms around them.”
“As I grow my team, I am excited about the community, high-level thinking, and technological platform offered through PLACE.”
“We are so excited for Jodie to be a part of PLACE,” said PLACE Co-Founder Chris Suarez. “She began her real estate career to support her personal dreams and her family and continues to set goals that marry business priorities with personal goals. This union of personal and professional growth is what PLACE is all about and we can’t wait to see Jodie grow alongside us.”
“Leader. Coach. Top producer. Jodie is a rock star and is famous around Denver South for her warmth, charm, and of course, her passion for real estate,” said PLACE Co-Founder Ben Kinney. “We give her a big, warm welcome to PLACE and can’t wait to grow together.”
“Having a one-stop-shop for clients is huge,” said Walko. “It truly is exciting to be part of PLACE and on the cutting edge of what is happening in our industry.”
