Jodi and Zack Hill partner with PLACE as the key to change more lives

Jodi and Zack Hill are the owners and co-captains of The Hill Team, serving Greater Seattle. They have helped more than 1,000 people buy and sell real estate. In 2022, The Hill Team ranked nationally among medium-sized teams in the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best Teams list.
Jodi and Zack met while working at a tech startup but felt mutually disconnected from the industry; the couple planned and contemplated for a year before quitting their jobs, marrying, and moving back to Seattle to jump into real estate. Jodi started her real estate career in 2003 and Zack joined her in the business a year later.

The Hills have built a community-centered business with one inclusive mission: “Bringing Everyone Home.” They sponsor a local organization that builds transitional tiny homes to help folks transition from homelessness to permanent housing. “We are in the business of helping people find their homes,” Zack said. “There is a direct tie between our professional work and what we do in the community.” Throughout the year, The Hill Team builds tiny homes with clients and as a closing gift for every transaction, the Hills donate to the organization in the client’s name.
As their business’ values and mission strengthen, the Hills’ goals have become clearer.
