Eyeing more market share, Jill Galliher partners with PLACE

Announcing a new partnership: Kimberlee Meserve and The Street Property Team are powered by PLACE.

“It is time to do something different to get the results we want, and the tools and systems of PLACE make sense for us as we build on what we do best.”

As the operator of a top team, Galliher plans to elevate client and database service with new tools and systems

STATESVILLE, N.C., November 2023 — PLACE, the industry’s only all-in-one business services and technology platform for top real estate teams at any brokerage, announced today that Jill Galliher and Galliher Home Team are now powered by PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production to make running a real estate business easier.

Jill Galliher is the owner and operator of Galliher Home Team, serving Iredell and surrounding counties. Throughout her career, she has helped more than 800 people buy and sell real estate, and in 2022, her team closed $32 million in sales volume through 111 transactions. Galliher’s team was recently featured on RealTrends’ America’s Best List, and despite their notable successes, maintains deep local roots as a proponent of small-town life.

Galliher entered the real estate business in 2007 just as the market crashed. She credits that experience with teaching her tenacity, how to sell a house when nothing else is selling, and the key to providing every client with an exceptional experience. “I didn’t know what I was doing when I started, so I was grasping for somebody to give me direction,” she said. “Once I began learning how to grow my business, I did exactly what they told me and it worked. I just put in the work, and it paid off over and over again.”

Over time, Galliher’s team has succeeded and grown, but she looks to PLACE to help elevate the team so they can serve more clients. “I have been hitting a ceiling for a long time now, trying to do it my way,” she explained. “It is time to do something different to get the results we want, and the tools and systems of PLACE make sense for us as we build on what we do best.”

Galliher is proud of her team and looks to PLACE to help them grow with industry-leading tools, systems, and access to additional client services. “PLACE lines up with the vision and values I have for the team without changing our identity,” she said. “We can be who we want to be inside of PLACE, and this partnership will allow us to be more vocal and help more people in our community.”

Planning to achieve a 50% market share in surrounding areas, Galliher is excited about the many opportunities PLACE will provide her and the team. “The leverage pieces agents can earn come with clear and unambiguous requirements,” said Galliher. “Healthcare is huge, and as we grow as a team, the leverage PLACE offers will allow us to lead a life by design.”

As a community-based team with an office right downtown, Galliher wants to be a client resource, not only during a transaction but before and after, “This is a relationship business,” she explained. “Our goal is to be a resource for not just our clients, but for people who have not even worked with us yet. We want to serve one out of two people in our market because we believe they deserve the level of service that we work diligently to provide.”

“Jill loves helping the people in her community find their perfect property,” said Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE. “PLACE will help her focus on what she does best – serving her clients and community. Our partnership will also help her regain time usually spent on administrative aspects within her business.”

“Jill has built a tremendous relationship-based business,” said Chris Suarez. “She is dedicated to serving her clients and community and wants to help her team succeed in business and in life. Her vision perfectly aligns with the values of PLACE, and I look forward to watching her and her team thrive.”
