Larkin has been a Realtor® for over 17 years, helping more than 1,800 families buy and sell real estate. In 2022, The Larkin Group closed $102 million in real estate sales volume through 203 homes and lots sold throughout Southern Utah.
Prior to launching his business, Larkin spent four years in marketing, management, and leasing for several Southern Utah developers. Larkin worked in a building where his brother-in-law owned a brokerage, and on a whim, Larkin enrolled in real estate courses. “I figured, what did I have to lose? I had no idea we would go on to build something really fun and special!”
During the Great Recession, Larkin sold foreclosures and provided broker price opinions for banks. He transferred his experience to selling residential real estate when foreclosure opportunities slowed. His perspective and knowledge quickly expanded, and he soon shifted from selling 40 homes to over 200 homes annually.
