Jeni Jankowski is the owner and operator of the Jankowski Team Tucson, which serves clients throughout Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, Vail, Sahuarita, Green Valley, and beyond. Over the course of her career, Jankowski has helped more than 165 clients and closed more than $70 million in lifetime sales.
Before real estate, Jeni spent 14 years as a small business owner, running a custom picture framing shop where she developed a strong eye for detail and a commitment to client service. After relocating to Arizona, she worked as a gymnastics coach and judge, a role that sharpened her discipline, communication skills, and ability to thrive under pressure. In 2018, she made the decision to return to entrepreneurship. This time, she chose real estate. “I wanted to go back to owning my own business,” Jeni said.
The Jankowski Team began to take shape in 2020 when Jeni’s son, Blake, earned his real estate license. With her business growing rapidly, she welcomed the extra help. While he finished school, she continued expanding her reach and focused on delivering the level of service she believed every client deserved. In 2022, she began building her team with intention, working to find a balance between leading and producing at a high level.
Today, her team serves a wide range of clients with a special focus on first-time buyers and people over 55 who are ready for a new chapter. “We find joy in helping first timers, or the 55+ move into their ‘forever’ home or downsize to be near family,” she said.
