James Adams is the team leader of The Adams Group Experience, serving Central Florida and hundreds of clients since 2019. As a young adult, Adams was a professional pool player, once being named Florida’s Player of The Year and an Amateur Pool Players Association 9-Ball World Champion. He built three successful businesses and traveled the country with his wife while managing horse shows.

When his father-in-law suffered a stroke, he asked that Adams look after the family. Adams and his wife moved nearby to support her father’s health and start a family. Adams earned his real estate license within a few weeks and has since been on a mission to look after his family and help others do the same for their loved ones through the wealth-building power of real estate.

Within his first year, Adams’ business was overflowing, so he built a team and dug into system creation. “I was successful as a solo agent but needed to start a team to bring more stability to my life and be more present with my family,” Adams said. “I envisioned systems that could help my team members build teams within my team, and through that alignment, we could honor our collective goals and ambitions.
