Warren earned his real estate license in California during his 20s, where he cut his teeth in real estate for a few years before moving to Florida in 2014. He then became serious about the business, hired a coach, and treated his career choice as a business opportunity. “I started lead generating, working expireds, and building referral business,” said Warren. His first recruit, Andy Brinkoetter, had his real estate license but was primarily focused on his real estate photography business. After many lengthy discussions with Warren, Brinkoetter sold that business and joined Warren’s team without regret.
As Brinkoetter thrived in leadership and managed more day-to-day responsibilities, Warren pursued his passion for coaching other agents. “Hudson has an inspiring aura, and his ability to launch a vision is amazing,” said Brinkoetter. “People reach out to Hudson to join this team because of his successful ability to reveal and motivate agents’ strengths.”
