Over her career, Tesha has served over 1,000 clients and has consistently been recognized among the top agents in her office.
Tesha, a second-generation realtor, entered the industry in 2004. Inspired by her family’s legacy and passion for real estate, she quickly found success by building strong client relationships. Her experience spans market highs and lows, including leading a successful short-sale business during the 2008 housing crisis.
Over the years, Tesha has built and rebuilt her team, pouring her energy into creating a collaborative and supportive environment where agents can thrive. In 2018, she expanded Giving Group Realty to 10 agents. “I find I like coaching at a higher level and focusing on negotiations and strategy,” said Tesha.
