Ginger Vereen Peters is an award-winning agent who has served the Triangle Area since 2011, and is also the owner and operator of Ginger & Co. She has helped more than 1,325 people buy and sell real estate throughout her career, and in 2022, closed $65 million in sales volume through 138 transactions which led to her team ranking on RealTrends’ America’s Best List. Peters has been previously honored in Realtor® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list, and most recently was featured on the cover of Triangle Real Producers magazine.

Peters is a North Carolina native who purchased her first piece of real estate while earning a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from East Carolina University. After graduating in 2009, she earned her real estate license and became a successful solo agent, closing up to 50 units annually. She launched a team in 2013, which eventually grew into a large and impactful business.

Much of Peters’ business originates from her sphere, client referrals, and agent referrals. While her business is consistently profitable, Peters noticed the team had a transaction ceiling, which is what led her to PLACE. “I know I can take us further than we’ve gone, but we need support to get there faster,” Peters said. “I am always looking for ways to provide more leverage for my team members so they can focus on their businesses and lives.”
