“I want my agents to feel like doing 24 to 36 units a year is a piece of cake. With PLACE training and accountability systems, we can get there.”
ST. LOUIS, Mo., March 2024 — PLACE, the real estate industry’s only all-in-one business services and technology platform for top teams at any brokerage, announced today that Erica Timko is now Managing Partner of TRG Homes, powered by PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production to make running a real estate business easier.
Erica Timko, owner and operator of TRG Homes, services the Saint Louis and the Metro East region. Last year, TRG Homes closed 104 units, totaling $33 million in volume.
Erica entered the real estate world in 2014, leveraging the unique skills she developed as a high school guidance counselor to become a powerhouse in the industry. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to personal growth and professional excellence.
Building TRG Homes was more than just creating a real estate team; it was about creating a community. “Our team operates like a tight-knit family, prioritizing support for one another and always putting family first. This philosophy has not only cultivated a positive work environment but has also allowed us to maintain meaningful relationships with our clients,” Erica explained. This approach has led to a strong repeat and referral business, underlining the unique and personal touch TRG Homes brings to the real estate market.
As Erica steps into her role as a PLACE Managing Partner, she is poised to embrace the visionary role she has always aspired to hold. With the support of PLACE’s systems and playbooks, Erica is looking forward to dialing back her personal production from 75 units a year, which will afford her more time to dedicate to mentoring and expanding her team. This strategic shift not only aligns with her goals for TRG Homes but also with her commitment to fostering a nurturing and empowering environment for her agents.
The decision to become a Managing Partner with PLACE stems from a desire to enhance operational efficiency and agent support. “I am excited to dive into everything PLACE offers with training and accountability”, said Erica. She highlighted the importance of PLACE’s coaching, training, and technology in enabling her team to grow and improve productivity. “Our team supports agents in having a life outside of work. I want them to be highly productive – without feeling like it’s a grind. I want my agents to feel like doing 24 to 36 units a year is a piece of cake. With PLACE training and accountability systems, we can get there.”
Erica looks forward to what this partnership will bring. “With PLACE, we aim to not only grow our business but also to enhance our ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. It’s about creating a seamless experience for them and for our team.”
Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE, warmly welcomed Erica and her team, stating, “Erica’s vision for her business and her team’s dedication to their clients are exactly what we look for in our partners. We’re excited to support them in reaching new heights and achieving even greater success.”
Chris Suarez, co-founder of PLACE, added, “We are thrilled to have Erica and TRG Homes at PLACE. Their commitment to excellence and community-focused approach align perfectly with our mission to empower real estate professionals.”
