She consistently ranks in the top 1% of Realtors® nationwide and in 2021, was listed as one of the 40 under 40 recipients by the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® for her success, leadership, and community involvement.
Emily began her real estate career in 2005, launched her team in 2012, and has since helped more than 1,500 people buy and sell real estate. In 2022, she closed more than $52 million in sales volume.
After attending a business-building class and networking with real estate team leaders, Duarte realized she needed to expand.
