Elite Realty Group partners with PLACE to provide agents with more opportunities, incentives
Greensboro, N.C., August 2022 — PLACE, the industry’s only all-inclusive platform delivering intuitive technology and business services to top real estate professionals, announced today that Crystal Rierson-Villeneuve and her team, Elite Realty Group, are now powered by PLACE. PLACE partners with leading real estate teams, regardless of brokerage, in more than 100 locations across the United States and Canada.
Crystal Rierson-Villeneuve is a top-producing Realtor®, Team Leader, and Broker-in-Charge at her brokerage in the Piedmont Triad, covering Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point and beyond in North Carolina. Crystal has been in the real estate business since 2008. In 2021, Elite Realty Group closed more than $30 million in sales volume, helping 117 families achieve the dream of homeownership.
“I want to help new agents make a career out of real estate, not just regard it as another job.”
Times were tough but she learned what to do and executed quickly. “I started making phone calls to For Sale by Owner numbers. Thankfully, one of my first few calls was to an investor trying to sell nine properties,” said Crystal . “He said I was his savior – I sold all nine of those properties, and it gave me the boost I needed to keep calling!”
Eventually, Crystal joined a team so she could gain more experience and learn from like-minded professionals. Although she took a quick break from real estate to re-energize, she and a former colleague formed a boutique firm for five years. “The brokerage turned into more than we ever thought,” explained Crystal. “It was very organic how it came about but very time consuming to manage. ”
“PLACE helps teams overcome business barriers and I look forward to expanding with partners who share the same values I have carried throughout my career.”
Eventually, her passion for helping consumers, building lifelong relationships, and teaching agents to grow their business was a greater desire to rejoin Keller Williams and grow a team. After hiring a coach, her mindset shifted toward optimizing leverage. “My coach helped me learn how to be in model, stay in model, and work in model,” she said.
Crystal admits that she has always been scared to grow a larger team, but PLACE is helping her overcome that mindset. “I feel confident knowing that the PLACE team is behind us,” she said. “We will not have to sacrifice quality or quantity because the PLACE partnership will help us make both work.”
Crystal is proud of the team she has put together, how successful the agents are doing, and looks forward to building on that foundation. “I want to help new agents make a career out of real estate, not just regard it as another job,” she explained. “I believe that PLACE and its intuitive processes can help our agents meet their individual goals while inspiring them to work toward production rewards, like revenue sharing and healthcare – all the things that are hard for us as microbusinesses to offer.”
“I admire the growth that Crystal has gone through in her real estate career and welcome her to PLACE,” said Chris Suarez, Co-Founder of PLACE. “Her contributions to her community, desire to build a big business, and passion for helping people build wealth through real estate are all in alignment with the values of PLACE. I look forward to watching her achieve the goals she and her team have established.”
“Crystal is a hard worker and doesn’t waste time on tasks that are not professionally and personally productive,” said Ben Kinney, Co-Founder of PLACE. “I am happy she has partnered with PLACE and look forward to working with her as she builds a bigger, stronger business than ever imagined.”
“This job is hard,” said Crystal. “It is not for the faint of heart and if agents don’t really want to help people, this career will not be a good fit nor be in alignment with our values. PLACE helps teams overcome business barriers and I look forward to expanding with partners who share the same values I have carried throughout my career.”
