Invictus Home Team Partners with PLACE to Accelerate Growth and Leverage Proven Systems
“Could we get to where we want to go on our own? Sure. But why not do it bigger, better, and faster with PLACE?”
With PLACE’s support, Invictus Home Team is poised to enhance its service to clients, investors, and agents across Central Kentucky, positioning itself as a leader in luxury residential and multifamily real estate.
LEXINGTON, KY, November 2024 — PLACE, the real estate industry’s only all-in-one business services and technology platform for top teams at any brokerage, announced today that DJ Quarles and Invictus Home Team are now powered by PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production to make running a real estate business easier.
DJ Quarles, owner and operator of Invictus Home Team, serves Central Kentucky, primarily Lexington and surrounding cities. Since starting in real estate in 2017, DJ has been part of approximately 1,100 transactions totaling nearly $400 million in volume, with his team specializing in luxury residential and multifamily properties.
Before transitioning into real estate, DJ’s life revolved around sports. A former University of Kentucky football player, he graduated with a degree in kinesiology, but when a professional football career didn’t materialize, DJ reassessed his path. A chance encounter with a top real estate leader opened the door to real estate, and by 2018, DJ was licensed and ready to build his future. DJ decided to “go pro” in real estate. In his first year, DJ sold 24 homes and earned Rookie of the Year honors. But his ambitions went beyond personal success.
Invictus Home Team is known for more than closing deals. DJ views real estate as a pathway to holistic growth in all areas of life—for his clients, investors, and agent partners. “We practice every day, just like in sports,” DJ said. “But instead of jump shots or catching passes, we’re practicing our communication skills, body language, and mindset.” This philosophy of continuous growth has been a cornerstone of the team’s success and is what makes them unique.
Partnering with PLACE was a strategic move to ensure even faster, smarter growth for the team. “Could we get to where we want to go on our own? Sure. But why not do it bigger, better, and faster with PLACE?” DJ explained. He is particularly excited about PLACE’s proven systems, technology, and community of leaders, which he sees as game-changing for his team. “This partnership will provide more opportunities for growth—not just for me, but for everyone in our world, from clients to agents. PLACE is going to help us build something incredible.”
DJ is also looking forward to the personal development and leverage that PLACE offers. “I’m excited to work alongside massive thinkers and people who genuinely want their partners to grow,” DJ said. “We’re aiming to become the go-to ‘professional sports organization real estate team’ for athletes and entertainers, whether they are clients or agent partners, looking to transition to life after sports and grow generational wealth with investment partners through private real estate investments. PLACE gives us the tools and community to make that happen. I’ve heard that environment is the invisible hand that shapes human behavior. For all of us, putting ourselves in the right environment with great people makes what we do even better.”
“We’re excited to welcome DJ and the Invictus Home Team to PLACE,” said Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE. “DJ’s background in sports and his strong leadership mindset make him a natural fit for our community. His drive to help others grow, both personally and professionally, aligns perfectly with what we do at PLACE, and I look forward to seeing the impact we can make together.”
“Invictus Home Team has built something special in Central Kentucky, and their focus on continuous improvement mirrors our values at PLACE,” said Chris Suarez, co-founder of PLACE. “We’re honored to help them grow their business and deepen their impact.”
