Danny Martin, owner and operator of Danmar Properties Group, leads a high-performing team serving Southern Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. With over 2,000 lifetime transactions, his team has built a reputation of excellence.
As the son of a custom home builder, Danny spent 25 years building houses before realizing his passion extended beyond construction. He officially began his real estate career in 1996, in new home sales before transitioning into general real estate and a traditional brokerage in 2000. “I initially got into this business for financial success, but what I found along the way was that giving back and growing others is what truly drives me,” Danny shared.
By 2003, Danny began intentionally building his team, leveraging key hires and scaling his business to become the top real estate agent in Southern Maryland within just four years.
