Team Leader Cynthia Quarantello is an award-winning real estate professional serving the Greater Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas of North Carolina. Over the course of her career, Quarantello has assisted more than 1,300 families buy and sell real estate. During 2021, the Cynthia Quarantello Realty Group closed more than $50 million in volume and consistently ranks in the top one percent in sales in the Triangle Area.
Quarantello got her real estate license in New York but did not seriously enter the real estate business until she and her family moved to North Carolina. Even with her license, she continued her job as a marketing and branding manager for a transit company until 2008, when she jumped into real estate full time.

With 20 personal moves both locally and out of state, Quarantello understands the stressors her clients face in buying or selling their home. She focuses on the unique needs of each client and tailors her services to best address those needs. Over the past few years, she refocused her real estate business which led her to joining REAL and, now, partnering with PLACE.
“I have been in production for almost 13 years selling and listing, so I was intrigued by what PLACE offers,” she explained. “I want to learn how to run my business more efficiently, provide my team more structure, and learn from high-minded business people.
