The Cindy Slack Team, led by broker Cindy Slack, is one of the top producing teams in Ventura County and the West Los Angeles Area and since 1990, has helped hundreds of families achieve the dream of home ownership. Slack got her start in real estate when the agent she was working with to sell her house jetted off to Hawaii in the middle of the transaction. “There were no cell phones then so I couldn’t even get ahold of them,” said Slack. “I ended up doing a lot myself and knew I could do it better. So I got my license.”
Slack continued her full-time job at a large financial institution while working in real estate on the side. Then, she experienced a shake-up that had her reconsidering her career path. “We had a big earthquake in ‘94 and I had two little boys at home,” Slack remembers. “So I decided to do the real estate thing full time. The rest is history.”
