Michal is a third-generation real estate professional. Together they have helped more than 1,000 families achieve the dream of homeownership since 1996. During 2021, the Castle Real Estate Group closed $44 million in sales volume, assisting 88 families with their real estate needs.
The Castles first joined the industry through a family member’s real estate business. Steve discovered a natural talent cold calling for expired and FSBO listings. “I was good at it because I was not afraid to call people,” he explained. “I learned a lot about stewardship and meeting people where they are to create a win-win situation.”
“I am creative in my business now,” Steve explained. “I started looking at the kind of clients we want, how to treat them, and how to best communicate with them. Looking back, it all seems obvious, but it took this experience to change my entire business approach,” he said. “We started having client events and began offering them value, without asking for anything in return. Over the past few years, Castle has coached other real estate professionals. Adding value to others’ businesses sparked the realization that he could grow his team with PLACE.
