Carly Sablotny, owner and operator of Milestone Property Group, serves the Northeast Ohio area, including Cleveland, Akron, Medina, and Canton. Last year, her team sold 111 homes. Over her career, Carly has been involved in more than 500 transactions.
Before entering the real estate industry in 2017, Carly spent thirteen years waiting tables. She initially saw real estate as a way to supplement her income, but quickly found herself thriving and experiencing rapid growth.
Carly began intentionally building her team in 2020 when she reached a point where she could no longer handle the business alone. She hired an agent and an admin, and her team has grown from there. “I had to start seeing real estate as my business and began organizing to create the team,” Carly said. Her team is known for being tight-knit and supportive, with a focus on growth and consistency for all members.
The decision to partner with PLACE comes from Carly’s desire to break free from the cycle of handling most of the business herself and to become the team leader she aspires to be. “I cannot grow much more without taking on more work,” Carly explained.
