Carla Abee, the owner of Buy the Beach Realty, serves Eastern North Carolina and surrounding areas along the Crystal Coast. Over the past ten years, she’s helped hundreds of people buy and sell real estate, and in 2022, she closed $32 million in sales volume through 57 transactions.
Before joining the real estate industry, Abee taught Kindergarten and worked in Transportation Management. Today, she’s a listing specialist in an area with a population of 4,000 that grows upwards of 40,000 during the summer season, resulting in a pattern of tenants becoming buyers and homeowners becoming sellers. Abee and her agents have a reputation for personally knowing and serving the fluctuating population.
