Kurt, Darla, Shelby, and Nash Buehler are owners and operators of The Buehler Group, serving the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. With more than 8,000 transactions completed since 1986, the Buehler family has built a thriving real estate business over the decades.
Kurt Buehler began his real estate career in 1986 after gaining experience in sales and marketing. Darla Buehler joined shortly after, working alongside Kurt to build their business. From the start, the two complemented each other’s skills. While Kurt focused on client relations and growing the business, Darla took charge of managing operations, creating a seamless partnership.
The Buehler Group grew steadily and was one of the early real estate teams in their market to focus on building a team-based business model. Over time, they expanded from a two-person team to a larger operation. However, recent years brought challenges as they lost the systems and accountability that once structured their team.
