Atlas North Real Estate Group Joins PLACE to Elevate Growth, Accountability, and Agent Success

“I needed to surround myself with entrepreneurs who push me beyond my roadblocks. PLACE offers the accountability, education, and challenge I need to level up, not just in sales, but in leadership and financial management as well.”
PORTLAND, Ore., March 2025 — PLACE, the real estate industry’s only all-in-one business services and technology platform for top teams at any brokerage, announced today that Bradley Wulf and Atlas North Real Estate Group are now powered by PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production to make running a real estate business easier.
Bradley Wulf, owner and operator of Atlas North Real Estate Group, leads a dedicated team serving the Portland Metro area and Southwest Washington, including the areas of Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Vancouver, and beyond. In 2024, his team closed 35 transactions, totaling over $19 million in sales volume. Over his career, Bradley has helped more than 730 clients buy and sell homes.
Bradley entered the real estate industry in 2003 after exploring several different career paths, from electronics to banking. After taking career assessments and reflecting on his skills and passions, real estate became the clear choice. “I wanted to help people, solve problems, and manage my own time while creating a successful business,” he said. “I truly enjoy real estate, and I’ve never looked back.”
As Bradley built his team, he experienced both successes and setbacks. While he found early success in sales and team growth, he also faced the challenges of turnover and scalability. “The thrill of selling homes faded over time, and my motivation took a hit,” Bradley shared. “Exposure to PLACE and learning from Chris Suarez has helped me see a path forward—one where I can grow the team, distribute responsibility, and challenge myself in new ways.” Through PLACE, Bradley is implementing new strategies to foster accountability while ensuring that those who embrace the tools and do the work will thrive. “I’ve realized that my role is to provide opportunity—it’s up to my agents to take action,” he said.
Through PLACE, Bradley is also excited to create better systems for tracking performance and implementing long-term strategies. “I’ve always said that if we could do what we do without a solid strategy, imagine what we could accomplish with the right structure in place,” he said. “With PLACE, I know we’ll sharpen our skills, expand our reach, and create lasting opportunities for our team and clients.”
“Bradley has built a business rooted in strong relationships and trust, and his decision to partner with PLACE reflects his drive to refine and expand his impact,” said Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE. “We look forward to supporting his journey as he strengthens his operations, develops his leadership, and creates new opportunities for his team and clients.”
“Bradley’s commitment to growth and his vision for scaling Atlas North Real Estate Group show his dedication to building something lasting,” said Chris Suarez, co-founder of PLACE. “We’re excited to help him implement the systems, structure, and accountability that will take his business and leadership to the next level.”
With this partnership, Atlas North Real Estate Group is set to scale in a way that is sustainable, profitable, and empowering for both agents and clients. “I believe the support, structure, and community within PLACE will allow us to thrive,” Bradley said.
