Bethanie Madewell, team leader and partner at BKT Phoenix, is an elite Realtor® in Phoenix and Tucson. She became an agent in 2015, and within a few years, she was closing millions annually. In 2022, she closed $37 million in sales volume through 105 transactions.
Throughout childhood and adulthood, Madewell attended open houses and showings with her Realtor® grandmother, who had nearly 50 years of experience and always encouraged Madewell to explore the real estate industry. Before Madewell revisited the suggestion, she had a long career as a surgical veterinarian technician. “I had my heart set on animal care, but after 10 years and having two young children, I transitioned to real estate for the freedom and flexibility.”
As a Phoenix native, Madewell used her years of customer service experience with local animal owners to help build a thriving real estate career.
