Ben Gray, owner and operator of the Gray Team, serves Central New York, including Syracuse. In 2023, his team sold 115 units and he has been part of over 1,200 transactions throughout his career.
Gray entered the real estate industry in 2009 after working in the nonprofit sector. “I saw real estate as an opportunity to own my own business and create the future I wanted,” Gray said. That desire for autonomy and long-term success motivated him to launch his real estate career.
Since then, Gray has built a team that thrives on a collaborative, “team first” mentality, ensuring that all members contribute to each other’s success. The Gray Team started growing in 2017, and key milestones have included the implementation of systems that allowed them to scale rapidly. In 2019, Gray partnered with a coaching company that helped him formalize his operations, which was instrumental in the team’s business taking off. Today, the Gray Team consists of three administrative staff and five agents, all dedicated to supporting one another and delivering exceptional service to clients.
