“Somebody at my brokerage told me I was leaving money on the table so I accidentally started putting together a team – and I failed really hard.”

Apple Corial-Symns, new PLACE Partner, is primed to expand her team to help others achieve the perfect life that real estate has provided her family.

VISALIA, Calif., November 2022 — PLACE, the industry’s only all-inclusive real estate platform delivering intuitive technology and business services to top real estate professionals, announced today that Apple Corial-Symns and the Apple Corial Real Estate Group have partnered with PLACE. PLACE improves profitability and production to make running a real estate business easier, and currently supports over 150 real estate businesses across the United States and Canada.

Apple and her team serve the Central Valley within Kings, Tulare, and Fresno counties and the Bakersfield area. Long before that, Apple was growing her people skills uniquely, dealing cards at a local casino for nine years after she graduated high school. She did well financially, but it didn’t provide her with the long term life satisfaction she desired. Although she enrolled in real estate classes while on maternity leave with her second child, Apple hadn’t considered jumping into a new career until 2011, when her boss wouldn’t let her off work for her oldest son’s eighth birthday. She quit her job that day and then her chips were “all-in” on real estate. Within a few weeks, she passed her real estate exam.

For the past 11 years, she’s grown into an elite real estate professional who has helped more than 750 families achieve the dream of homeownership. During 2021, she closed $31 million in volume, assisting 102 clients buy and sell real estate.

When she started building her business, the country was coming out of a recession. “I was fortunate to have a manager at my first office who took me under his wing and helped me gain expertise in short sales,” she said. “That was the beginning of my lead generation, but the market was changing and technology was taking over. I really built my business the first three to four years on calls and door knocking.”

After five or six years, Apple bravely took a step forward with her business by building her team and leadership skills. “Somebody at my brokerage told me I was leaving money on the table so I accidentally started putting together a team – and I failed really hard,” she said. “It was a struggle. I have never had the passion to grow a team like I do now.”

Apple’s team is close-knit and she looks forward to adding agents who have the dedication to work while keeping it simple. “I only want to attract people who know there is no golden ticket; people who want to work hard and be accountable,” she said. “For me, hard work and productivity help people focus on the most important aspects of life, including family.”

And, for Apple, that is where PLACE fits in. “I have been doing it by myself for so long, but with PLACE I will be able to grow a team, help agents succeed, and guide consumers to make moves important to their families,” she explained. “I want to help other people build the kind of life that real estate has allowed me to achieve for my family.”

“The access to successful partners, training, and systems is so much more than I can achieve by myself. Partnering with PLACE means speed.”

As she evaluates her long term, Apple is paying close attention to which industry leaders at PLACE she will lean on for mentorship and learning. “The access to successful partners, training, and systems is more than I can achieve by myself. Partnering with PLACE means speed,” she explained.

“I am so happy that Apple has partnered with PLACE,” said Chris Suarez, co-founder of PLACE. “Her priority is her family and her passion for helping others, especially single mothers, learn to build wealth through real estate. I know she is going to achieve her business and personal goals quickly and I’m glad that PLACE will play a part in that vision.”

“Apple has tremendous knowledge about the real estate business and her community. I welcome her to PLACE,” said Ben Kinney, co-founder of PLACE. “While she will benefit from other partners’ mentorship, other partners will benefit from hers, and that is one of the great aspects of PLACE.”

“PLACE truly gives me the freedom to live my perfect life and try new things,” said Apple. “I look forward to providing opportunities for agents on my team to improve their lives while I improve mine.”
