Andrew Mazzolini, founder of Next Level Group in Lubbock, has helped hundreds of people buy and sell real estate since 2016. In 2021, Lubbock Real Producers Magazine® featured Andrew as a top producer and in 2022, his team closed $15.7 million in sales volume through 57 transactions.
After studying wind energy and graduating college, Andrew, his wife Anjelica, and their two fur babies moved to Lubbock, where he stumbled into real estate agent literature at a bookstore. He recognized his capability for lead generation and production, so he jumped into real estate in 2016. Andrew only knew 18 people in Lubbock during his first year as an agent; nonetheless, he closed over 30 transactions through daily door-knocking and farming a local area ripe with first-time homebuyers and investors – all while making calls during the evening trying to build his business and vision.
Reeling off his first-year success, Andrew scaled quickly with strategic advertising and follow-ups that overloaded him with hundreds of leads.
Andrew initially didn’t see the value in teams because he felt there wasn’t enough to justify what the agents were giving up. “I realized after seeing Ben Kinney’s operations that a high-functioning team can provide more value to agents than if they were solo. That is when I realized I need to make my world bigger – so I can add people to mine and grow their worlds, too.”
In the fourth quarter of 2022, Andrew launched a team, hired his first agent named Madi, and is now partnering with PLACE to provide reliable structure and valuable growth opportunities for both agents and staff. “If you don’t expand your world, the people who want more will outgrow you,” Andrew said. “PLACE has a value proposition for agents and staff that is better than I could provide alone.
