Guest held a career in radio advertising sales before earning her real estate license in 2011. “I quickly realized that real estate is a business,” she said. “I also realized how much I loved helping people find the perfect home.” She hit the ground running, quickly building a business and focusing on buyers. “With my sales background, I already knew how to hustle,” she explained. “I did a lot of open houses and reached out to other agents who needed extra help, and my business grew.”
