Amy Williams started her real estate business with a bang in 2004, closing $1 million in business after just two months. Prior to entering real estate, Williams worked as a loan processor and closer with a lending organization and has spent most of her professional life working in the housing industry. She even enjoyed a position in Berlin finding and securing housing for American soldiers. Her life-long love of houses (she loved to spend her lunch hours looking at homes) combined with her enjoyment in meeting and helping people made jumping into real estate an easy decision.

For Williams, her business is a family affair. “My oldest daughter was a transaction coordinator with us and now she’s an agent,” she explained. “My youngest daughter is now our office manager.” And, that atmosphere extends to her clients as well. “We treat our clients like family.
