Damon Penn, owner and operator of The Penn Team, serves South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Parkland, Boca Raton, Broward County and surrounding areas. Last year, The Penn Team closed over 200 transactions and has sold a total of approximately 2,500 homes in his career.
Damon Penn’s journey into real estate began in 2005 after a long career in sales. Growing up in Queens, New York, he moved to Florida at a young age and eventually grew into an extensive sales career. He then entered the real estate industry and he soon realized his passion lay in residential real estate, where he could connect with individuals and families looking for homes. Fast forward to today, The Penn Team specializes in helping buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants with an emphasis on sports and entertainments clients, probate clients, and family law clients.
The Penn Team was built on a foundation of faith, strong values, and a commitment to helping others grow. Damon initially built his team around agents but eventually restructured to focus on hiring an admin and rebuilding from the ground up. His previous assistant, a graphic designer, played a pivotal role in creating consistent branding, which helped establish The Penn Team’s presence in the market. Today, the team has 11 agents and plans to expand into Orlando and Georgia. “We’re focused on attracting like-minded people who value teamwork and are not just concerned with what’s in it for themselves,” Damon said.
