Before venturing into real estate, Beth Brown Ciul worked as an HR Manager and Recruiter in the IT industry. Inspired by her father, an entrepreneur who sold land for development while she was in college, she pursued her real estate license during maternity leave and made a career switch in 2002.

Beth spent 15 years as an individual agent before leading a large expansion team out of Cleveland in 2018. Under the guidance of two exceptional mentors, she built a thriving team and, in 2022, decided to start her own team. “I wanted to create a team of energetic, focused individuals who enjoy having fun in the process,” said Beth. The Cornerstone Home Group is known for its passion for farm and equestrian properties, senior living, and first-time homebuyers, making it a unique and vibrant presence in the local real estate market.
