Louis Williams entered the real estate industry as his career with the NFL was winding down in 2005. He started by investing in real estate before focusing on becoming an agent and building a real estate business alongside Nicole, who joined him in 2011. Since starting their namesake team in 2012, Louis and Nicole, along with their team members, have helped more than 2000 families buy and sell real estate.
The two married in 2019, and for a short time, downsized their team.
