Scott Ostrode, owner and operator of Team Ostrode Properties, leads a results-driven real estate team serving the Greater Sacramento Area, including El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Roseville, Lincoln, and more. In 2024 alone, the team closed 110 units for $71.7 million in sales volume and has served over 1,500 clients throughout Scott’s career.
Scott began his real estate career in 1998, just one year after graduating from college. “I’ve spent my entire adult life in real estate,” he shared. Over the past two decades, he has built a thriving business by staying focused on relationships, agent development, and steady, sustainable growth.
In 2007, Scott began intentionally building his team, welcoming new agents while nurturing a strong foundation of repeat clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends.
