Sam Dodd is the owner and operator of The Sam Dodd Team, serving clients throughout Southern Utah, including Enoch, Parowan, Paragonah, Beaver, Minersville, Milford, and the surrounding areas. Over the course of his career, he and his team have closed more than 4,000 transactions.
Before he got into real estate in 2004, Sam worked long, split shifts with the TSA. “I was working from 4 AM to 8 AM and then again from 4 PM to 8 PM,” he said. “I got my license to earn extra money and keep myself busy during the day.”
Sam started officially growing his real estate business when he hired an assistant in 2010, and he continued to steadily build from there. Over the last 15 years, he’s grown The Sam Dodd Team into one of the region’s top producers. With a strong foundation in website-based lead generation and deep local market knowledge, Sam and his team have consistently earned industry recognition, including Iron County Board’s Top Producing Team and Top Listing Team for 2024, as well as multiple ICON awards.
Now, Sam is preparing for a new chapter. “I’ve built a great business, and now I’m ready to run it like a true business,” he said. “PLACE is going to help me grow my team, and allow me to eventually get out of production and focus on leadership.”
