Rick Angell is the owner and operator of Angell Solutions, serving Greenville, Spartanburg, Greer, Simpsonville, Boiling Springs, and the surrounding South Carolina area. In 2024, the team closed 85 transactions totaling $23 million in sales volume, and Rick and the team have sold more than 600 homes since the team’s inception.
Before entering real estate in 2014, Rick worked for nearly 20 years in the engineering and manufacturing industry. The desire to get outside the “four walls” and to connect with people led him to real estate, where he “jumped in with both feet” and quickly found it to be a purposeful, rewarding business.
Starting as an individual agent, Rick found early success but quickly realized he needed help to reach his goals. He joined a top-producing team, which supported him in closing 24 transactions in his first year. From there, he increased his production to about 40 transactions each of the following years. In 2019, he launched Angell Solutions, hired his first assistant, and started the process of building his own faith and people-focused team. Today, the team includes eight members, including two full-time administrative professionals, and is known for guiding clients with care, compassion, and a focus on relationships that last a lifetime.
