COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., November 2025– PLACE, the real estate industry’s only all-in-one business services and technology platform for top teams at any brokerage, announced today that Jamie Krakofsky, Darren Williams, and their team, NextGen Home Group, are now powered by PLACE. Jamie and Darren are the owners and operators of NextGen Home Group, serving clients throughout Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. In 2024, the team closed 86 units and $36 million in volume and has helped more than 750 families buy and sell homes throughout their careers.
Jamie began his real estate career in 2014 after retiring from the U.S. Army. His transition from military to real estate was rooted in a desire to continue serving others through structure, accountability, and teamwork. Darren served in the U.S. Air Force for 25 years, relocating his family eight times during his career. His personal experience gives him a deep understanding of what military families face during PCS moves and the importance of having a trusted advisor to guide them through relocation. Together, Jamie and Darren bring a shared sense of discipline, integrity, and service to everything they do, along with a commitment to helping others succeed.
After each building successful teams of their own, Jamie leading The Krakofsky Team and Darren leading The Williams Team, they decided to merge their businesses in 2024 to form NextGen Home Group. By combining their leadership, experience, and aligned values, they created a unified team built on perseverance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. “We’ve experienced our share of failures, but each one taught us how to build stronger,” said Jamie. “Our culture today is built around growth, accountability, and supporting agents who want to reach their full potential.”
