Kris Wise, owner and operator of Wise Advantage Group, leads a team that serves Dallas-Fort Worth and its surrounding areas, including Tarrant, Collin, Dallas, and Denton Counties. With 45 units closed in 2024, and over 750 lifetime transactions, Kris and her team have become a trusted name in North Texas real estate, delivering outstanding client experiences and building long-lasting relationships.
Kris entered the real estate industry in 2002 after a successful career as an accountant and consultant. Inspired by her entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others, she transitioned to real estate with the goal of creating financial flexibility and supporting her community. “I wanted to be in a profession where I could own my business and connect with people on a deeper level,” Kris shared.
Kris began building her team intentionally in 2010 after recognizing the importance of delegation and efficiency. “My first hire changed everything,” Kris said. “Having someone to handle the details allowed me to focus on growing the business.” Over the years, she expanded her team, implementing systems and models to support sustainable growth. After joining a Livian team in 2019, Kris took on several leadership roles within the team, achieving remarkable production levels and becoming one of Livian’s top agents. By 2024, she launched her own Livian team, determined to create a thriving business based on collaboration and proven models.
The acquisition of Livian by PLACE in September 2024 provided Kris with an opportunity to evaluate PLACE’s systems, tools, and culture. “I scrutinized every aspect of PLACE to ensure it was the right move for my team,” Kris said. “The models and systems here are alive—they’re actionable and effective.
