Danny and Angelina lead Legacy Realty Partners, a high-performing team serving clients throughout Southern California, specializing in the San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire, and North Orange County, including Claremont, San Dimas, Covina, Chino, Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Brea, Fullerton and Yorba Linda. With more than 1,500 lifetime transactions, they’ve built a respected business grounded in service and integrity.
Danny’s journey to becoming a real estate agent began through his work as a personal trainer, where many of his clients were realtors, lenders, and investors. Their conversations piqued his interest in the industry, and in 2005, he made a full transition into real estate from personal training. “Real estate gave me a platform to build a business and serve people in a meaningful way,” Danny said.
Danny first explored the team model in 2010 and officially began scaling in 2012 under a franchise model. In recent years, Danny made the decision to go independent. “We’ve been focused on intentional, strategic growth and ensuring our team has a strong foundation of leadership and service,” Danny shared.
Over the years, the team has developed a deep niche in probate, trust, and conservatorship real estate, which represents nearly half of their total business. “We’ve built strong relationships and deep expertise in this space over the years, and our clients trust us to handle these transactions with care, professionalism, and precision,” said Danny.
