Marnie, who has a diverse professional background including marketing, management consulting, and culinary school, became interested in real estate in 2008 when she and Brian decided to sell their home in Massachusetts. “The economy was tanking and we realized that like many young couples, we had bought the house we wanted, not one that was practical for our family,” explained Brian. “We wanted to get back to basics.”

When the family moved to Maine, Marnie continued to grow her real estate business and built a successful team. In 2013, after 17 years in the YMCA organization, Brian left his job to join Marnie’s team and the couple has achieved great success together ever since – helping clients buy and sell with knowledge, expertise, and creativity in equal measure. DuBois Realty Group is incredibly active in the community, serving in numerous civic organizations and their “Give Where You Live” philanthropic effort. For every house the team sells, they donate $100 to one of five local charities. Since 2016, they have contributed more than $100,000 to local charities.
